Versão do Master System III Compact lançado no Brasil pela Tectoy.

O console possui slot para cartucho, porém não possui hardware original, sendo um daqueles consoles que utiliza um chip composto (SOC - System on a Chip, ou sistema em um chip) no estilo dos utilizados nos consoles da ATgames.
